We confirm stock, colour and size within minutes during shop hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 9 PM).
Cash on delivery (most popular), bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. No advance payment is required for COD orders.
No minimum. You can order a single suit — delivery is free either way.
3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan, free of charge. Remote areas may take one extra day. A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
Yes — parcels are allowed to open on delivery. Check the fabric, colour and size in front of the rider before you hand over the cash. If anything is not as shown, refuse the parcel and we will resend or refund.

- Suit must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Message us your order details on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup.
- Exchange for another design or size is free once per order.
- Refunds are issued to your bank account or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 3–5 working days.
Send a photo to 0344-4782186 within 48 hours of delivery. We dispatch the correct item the same day at our expense.
Yes, all products are unstitched (shirt, trouser and dupatta/shawl pieces), so your tailor can stitch them to your exact measurements. Standard lengths are listed on each product page.
- First wash: cold water, inside out, mild detergent.
- Embroidered and formal suits: dry clean only.
- Line dry in shade — direct sunlight fades prints over time.
- Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Photographs are taken in natural daylight and edited minimally. Screen settings can shift colour by a shade; if it is noticeably off, the 15-day return applies.
Only what is needed to deliver your order: name, phone number and delivery address. Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to a third party. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with advertisers. WhatsApp is used solely to confirm and fulfil your order.
