We started SM Cloth House because buying fabric online felt like a gamble — pictures that looked nothing like the parcel, fabric that thinned after one wash, and returns that nobody would answer.
So we changed the process instead of the promises. Every suit is checked by hand before packing, parcels are allowed to open on delivery, and the same WhatsApp number that takes your order also answers your complaint. That is why most of our customers come back for a second and third order.
Today we ship lawn in summer, dhanak and khaddar in winter, and formal wear all year — to every city in Pakistan, with cash on delivery.
